If you use the Sword, Bow(s), Staff, Mace, Axe or Dagger skill, you'll need to equip one of your weapons in the slot where I have my sword, in the screenie below. Note: If you use any Bow skill, you will need to equip your bow in the slot where my sword is, and arrows in the slot where my shield is shown. 
These weapons are known as melee weapons. To attack with a melee weapon, find an enemy and double click it. Upon the first click it should say 'selected> *name*'. Second click it will say 'target> *name*', like in the screenie below. 
The '(cth:90)', is what percent chance I have to hit the enemy. 90 is the maximum. 5 is the minimum. 
If you use any of the Magic skills, you'll need to equip your wand or staff in the slot where I have mine, below. 
Then, click on an enemy. It should say 'selected> *name*'. Then, just above the chat box, you should have a row of spells to choose from, like these. 
After selecting a spell, your Battle text box should look something like this.  The '(cth:90)' is your chance of hitting the enemy. Once again, 5 and 90 are the minimum and maximum. . |
