This is essentially the same as the Magic Guide I wrote that is currently on the OI site, but this one is actually accurate. There's just a couple things you need to know up front.
  • To be able to cast a spell, you must first learn the applicable scroll.
  • There is a 10 INT point requirement per spell level, to learn a spell. (i.e. lvl 2 requires 20 INT).
  • Familiars will replace your packhorse when summoned, but you can also use them as one.
  • The duration of your temporary spells is determined by your MAG. The higher your MAG, the longer they last.
